Types of KEDEHub accounts

User accounts

Your user account is your identity on KEDEHub. Your user account can be a member of any number of organizations. Organizations are managed by organization accounts.

Every person who uses KEDEHub has their own user account, which includes:

  • Public profile

Tips: You can use one account for multiple purposes, such as for personal use and business use. We do not recommend creating more than one account. For more information, see "Consolidating multiple user accounts."

Each user account is linked to one or more authors. A developer becomes an author when they commit to a repository analyzed by KEDEHub

You can use your public profile for free.

Organizational accounts

Organizations are shared accounts where groups of people can measure and analyze many repositories. Administrators can manage member access to the organization's data, teams and projects with sophisticated security and administrative features.

Organizations include:

  • Unlimited membership with a variety of roles that grant different levels of access to the organization and its data
  • Teams that reflect your company or group's structure
  • Projects that aggregate your company or group's repositories

Using organizations is not free of charge.
